We can believe what we read, yet nothing becomes reality unless we ‘experience & absorb'. Lucy’s teaching predominantly comes from her self practice exploration, with a continual inquiry into the ‘HOW’ & why of what we do.
the how, from a perspective of explaining a movement in motion or shape in stillness, through felt sense qualitative, energetic, bio-mechanical means. All delivered with clarity & ease.
It comes from a source of in the moment presence, paced patience & listening. Knowing that one day we may advance with the practice & another remain on a plateau of perfect necessity.
It comes from an intention of coalescing a source of integration. Of how we can link one physical body part to another, link the breath with movement, energy with direction & to feel both physically & energetically one complete whole form.
It comes from connecting & aligning to source. maybe grounding or expanding or both.
To touch upon an unforced, effortless grace as we move & breath.
Of re-claiming & holding an innate stillness, that which lies predominantly beneath.
within yoga, over-Force is not something she wishes to impose, yet with a subtle, light & playful approach, to encourage an effortless effort & attitude of 'I can do'.

WHY TEACH?
Lucy's path naturally & fluidly lead her to teach. Only until further in, was it revealed how source offers & enlightens so much more through teaching. the opportunity as an offering to give to others & for them to release. An invitation of guidance, to tune in & receive supportive messages from the higher source. So followed, the attentiveness & sensitivity to hold space & understand compassionately for those learning.
Through this cultivated, heightened awareness, she aims to open up the opportunity for each individual to find a more graceful, uplifted sense of self. to drop into their embodiment, find center & to flourish their potential & positivity in their own unique way. To acknowledge their capability constructively & encourage them to play with their personal boundary. finding a glowing acceptance of their achievements, yet reasonable within their limits.
with The added gift that when we share a space of practice, we commune to connection & attune to a graceful source. That source which allows the inner expression to flow & with the movement & breath, a radiant, awakened, centered stillness to set into place .

Always remembering the basics, no matter how advanced the practice or life experience can go.
We can potentially be primed into a web of both complication & over-doing. Where Simplicity & stillness can easily be forgotten - veiled for a constant search or over-analysis for something more. exploration, expansion & positive growth are wondrous potentialities & directions - part of why we landed on this earth. Yet amongst this, the spiralling cycle will at some point, revert & remind us to drop back into the fundamental;
within such body-mind practices, we can submerge into & explore where we can go; Delving into, sometimes complex, patterns of the universe, body & mind.
wherefore to find amongst this, a reminder to pace & recapture. With a detached, awakened awareness, the foundations & stillness, the acceptance & contentment of the presence of life around us, We are then re-born into a new found light..
